Liz is a Certified Massage Therapist in California and received her education at the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in Austin, Texas in 1998.  She specializes in deep tissue and sports injury massage with a focus on relaxation and breath work. She customizes each session to the needs of the client drawing from her diverse background in bodywork, yoga, health and education.

Cancellation Policy 
Please cancel any appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the missed appointment. Appointments begin and end at scheduled times and punctuality is greatly appreciated so that you can receive the maximum benefits of your session. Tardiness may result in a shorter session than scheduled so that the therapist can remain on schedule.
